We ensure delivery of packages in France, in Europe, in the DOM - TOM and the rest of the world


Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment and the status of your order is being prepared on your customer account.

Standard delivery is Colissimo followed, delivered without a signature. This method of delivery is unsigned and has therefore no insurance delivery. We decline any responsibility in case of non-delivery or damage to your package. You can also be delivered by Colissimo with signature, an extra cost applies at that time here.

Whatever the chosen shipping method, we will provide as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

1. shipping costs:

Shipping method and shipping costs are based on the destination area of the order and fully at your expense to the price of the current rates of the post in Colissimo national and international, global Relay (Belgium, Spain, France, Luxembourg) or national or international Chronopost.

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on the price or the weight of your order.

We recommend that you combine your purchases in a single order.

We cannot group two separate orders and you will be charged shipping for each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, a special care is taken to the parcel containing fragile products and all our packages. The parcels are oversized and protected.

2 validation and shipping of the order:

Validation of orders and electronic signature (law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature).

All order form signed by the consumer by "double click" constitutes irrevocable acceptance which cannot be questioned within the limits provided for in these terms of sale.

The "double click" associated with the procedure of authentication and non-repudiation and the protection of the integrity of messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties in the same way as a handwritten signature.

-Delivery: All orders are shipped by post in tracking mode (Colissimo) for the France and other countries in tracking mode Colissimo international.

We reserve the right to the choice of the carrier for the shipment of your package in case of inability of the postal services you deliver on time.

The items listed on the site are in stock, unavailability of a product you will be notified as soon as possible. Orders are processed daily Monday to Saturday inclusive.

The expedition takes place at reception of the payment of the order. The delivery time is variable as necessary for the post office mail routing. Generally, for the metropolitan France, the delivery takes place between 48 and 72 hours (except bank holidays and working days) from the date of shipment. For Europe please expect a delay of about a week and 10 days for the rest of the world.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. This address will also be the billing address. You can also ask to be billed to another address by filling in the box provided for this purpose during the process of your order and fields.

-Preparation: Your order is prepared within 24/48 hours (except bank holidays and working days) for any payment by credit card or upon receipt of your cheque (subject to availability of the products ordered).

-Packaging: Your order is packed with the utmost care.

In case of dispute or damage, it is up to the recipient to formulate reservations justified in the presence of the carrier and to renew him within 48 hours by registered letter without taking the option of the package proposed by Colissimo that We recommend that you take when ordering from our store.

In all cases, we confirm by email orders shipping dates and tracking of your parcel number.

-Failure of responsibility of our shop:

3 return an item:

No fold shipped c.o.d. or back by Mondial Relay mode will be accepted by the shop.

In Exchange for the respect of the above procedure, the shop is committed to make the Exchange or refund of the product within a maximum period of 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

For orders placed outside the countries of the European Union, onus is on the buyer to check before taxes and various costs including those of the customs which are the full responsibility of the customer.

No article cannot be accepted in return in a dispute of area. The coordinates of our shop are indicated on your invoice or the good the delivery attached to your parcel.

4. retention of title:

According to law No. 80.335 of May 12, 1980, La Boutique reserves the ownership of the goods delivered until full payment of their price.
